The Pre-Opening Services of Helius Villas were undertaken by Trésor Hospitality, aiming to facilitate the successful launch of the villas. Helius Villas will be three different villas in Paros with unique character and ultimate privacy and absolute exclusivity. The villas will be located in Aliki, only a few minutes from the island’s airport and will be designed with luxury and contemporary conveniences. Scheduled for a total completion by August of ’23.
Helius Villas will acquire contemporary minimal architectural design and luxurious construction, inspired by the Cycladic architecture so the guests can totally immerse themselves in the spirit of the island. The villas will be divided into White, Blue and White Blue, all endowed with their own private entrance, swimming pools and their own parking space. The Helius Villas will offer minimal interiors that have everything, cozy living rooms, dining areas, fitness room, sauna and fully equipped kitchens. The outdoor spaces will feature the classic elements of Cycladic design and a whole list of luxury amenities.
Scheduled for total completion by August of 2023, this project is dedicated to delivering comprehensive pre-opening services that will ensure a seamless and successful introduction of the villas to the market.
