Trésor Hospitality has assumed management responsibilities and pre opening services for Santorini Heart, a prestigious new hotel resort situated in the enchanting destination of Fira in Santorini. Scheduled for total completion by 2026, the 5-star new resort will redefine luxury and comfort for guests seeking an exceptional stay on the picturesque island of Santorini. Leveraging its expertise and industry knowledge, Trésor Hospitality will oversee and execute the critical tasks necessary to ensure a successful launch of the resort. Following the pre-opening phase, Trésor Hospitality will continue to provide its renowned 360 Management services, ensuring the seamless operation and consistent excellence of the resort.

The Hotel

Santorini Heart is a year-round hotel located in the vibrant center of Fira, Santorini’s bustling capital. Its privileged location places guests just steps away from the town’s lively alleys, restaurants, shops, and cultural landmarks, offering immediate access to the island’s dynamic atmosphere. Designed by the architect Foivos Stavridis, Santorini Heart features 38 rooms and suites and offers a comprehensive range of premium facilities. These include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a pool bar, and an all-day restaurant delivering a refined culinary experience with both indoor and outdoor seating, complemented by a wine cellar. Guests can also unwind at the tranquil spa, designed for relaxation and rejuvenation, or maintain their wellness routines at the fully equipped gym. Additionally, the hotel offers a versatile meeting and event space accommodating up to 200 guests, making Santorini Heart an ideal venue for conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings.

 

The Goal

The goal of this project is to ensure a successful launch in March 2026, supported by a comprehensive strategy focused on building a strong brand identity, reinforcing brand consistency, and driving sustainable revenue growth in both domestic and international markets. Designed for year-round operation, the strategy leverages Fira’s dynamic and vibrant location, positioning the hotel as a key hospitality destination in the heart of Santorini.
