Residence Inn is recognized globally as a pioneer of the extended-stay hospitality concept, offering apartment-style accommodation designed for guests seeking greater flexibility, comfort, and independence during longer visits. Designed by the renowned architectural practice Taka+Partners, the project draws inspiration from Athens’ urban character and architectural heritage while embracing the flexibility and functionality that define contemporary extended-stay hospitality.

The development will feature 56 fully equipped residences, designed to offer comfort, convenience, and independence for guests staying in Athens for business, relocation, project-based work, or longer leisure visits. Combining apartment-style accommodation with the trusted standards of Marriott International, the property will cater to the growing demand for flexible and extended-stay travel experiences.

The interior concept blends contemporary aesthetics with warm residential elements, creating spaces that feel welcoming, practical, and refined. Guests will enjoy a range of thoughtfully designed amenities, including all-day dining, dedicated work-friendly spaces, a fitness center, and self-service laundry facilities, supporting both short and longer stays.
